I wanted to order my mom a snake plant for mothers day but was having a hard time finding one for delivery. First, when I called flowerland, the lady helping me was so nice and helpful. I was a little nervous to order the plant without seeing it first and she assured me it was in great condition. When I talked to my mom and saw photos of the plant after it was delivered, I was so happy I went to Flowerland. My mom loved her snake plant and said the couple that delivered it were very kind. Over all, I am pleased with my experience and quality of the plant from Flowerland. Thank you for helping my mom feel special!

My daughter that lives in Oklahoma called to have FL deliver flowers this Saturday 3-25-23 for my wife’s birthday! They left a note on the door,, 12:53 pm to give them a call. We were at lunch. 1:30 my wife started trying to call them. Left a message. No answer no reply. Called 3 times. Store hrs are 8:00-2:00 pm Saturdays. Pretty sad all the way around. Sorry service. They have been moved to our families bottom of the list. Thanks Flowerland

I called this morning to see if they could get flowers delivered to my mom for her birthday. Didn't even get that far into it because Ron who answers the phone was super rude. I will call a different flower shop with better hospitality. I asked him how he was and he sighed as if I was a bother even calling. Then when I mentioned I was just glad it was Wednesday and his response was "RIIIGGGGHHHTTTT" in a very sarcastic way. Do Better Ron!!!!!!!!

Living in Maryland, I had no idea which Florist would be the best to order flowers for my daughters birthday. I randomly chose Flowerland and was so very glad that I did ! The flowers were BEAUTIFUL !!! I spoke to Imid on the Friday prior to my daughter's birthday and she assured me that my request for my chosen arrangement was a good one and boy was she correct ! The arrangement was delivered on time Monday afternoon and it was absolutely perfect. Hats off to the designers and flower arrangers ! I would choose Flowerland again and would encourage anyone who is planning on sending flowers to the Midland , Texas area to choose Flowerland !! Thank you Flowerland for adding beauty to our daughter's birthday.

I took the first reviewers advice and let them just get creative. The flowers were great, my wife loved them. A few wilted early so I called to let them know and they immediately took responsibility and offered to refund my money or replace the flowers. I wasn't unhappy so I refused the full refund, these things happen. It's rare to find a company that still provides excellent customer support. Highly recommended!!!
